Kathi (through 10ish)

Brian P. will chaperone for the entire time, and Jane will chaperone quite a bit of the time. If you
have not signed up and would like to come up and join us, you are always welcome. The more, the
merrier!

When we go camping, all sites need to be supervised. Here are some ways you can help as a
chaperone:

-supervise base camp
-supervise at the beach (make sure the children are buddied up - get a whistle from me)
-supervise at the little playground
-take children out in a rowboat or canoe, or go pedal boating with children who want to rent a pedal
boat (check to see that life jackets are on and properly fastened)
-take a group of children fishing
-take a group of children on a hike
-accompany children to the bait shop
-make a supply run
-drive Ben and Christina to pick up pizza Thursday evening.

There will be a sign-out sheet for the children to sign before leaving base camp. They need to
include destination, time of departure, the chaperone who will accompany them, and the time of
return.

I think you will enjoy your time with us at Kiser Lake. It tends to be a very laid back and enjoyable
time.

Love,
Chris
