PTO Meeting November 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the Elementary Library


BOOK FAIR
Our Fall Book Fair will be held in the small gymnasiun October 26th through 
the 30th. Volunteers are needed to help set up and decorate, work the fair, 
and to assist students while they shop. The theme for this fair is "Read 
Around the World".

Cookie Dough
The Kick Off for our annual Cookie Dough Fundraiser is going to be October 
1st.  Volunteers are needed to help sort orders on November 11th. Pick up 
will be from 4:00-8:00 on November 11th as well. Please remember to that all 
orders must be picked up due to the fact that there is not refrigerated space 
at the school to store the dough.

Chuck E Cheese Night
 Family Skate Night will be on Monday, November 2nd from 3:00-9:00 at the 
Eastgate Location. The Elementary PTO will receive a percentage of all sales 
from the cash register for patrons who identify themselves with Batavia 
Elementary. See you there!

Market Day
Market Day Pick Up will continue to be on Saturday Mornings from 
10:30 to 11:30. This is a great way to support Batavia Elementary. The 
first Market Day Pick up is scheduled for November 14th. You may park in 
the back of the building and enter the cafeteria from the playground. See the 
PTO calendar for a complete Market Day schedule. Volunteers are needed to 
pull orders from 9:30-10:30.
