Literature Wish List 2008
Connecting literature to the subjects across the curriculum is one of
my favorite aspects of teaching. Quality read-alouds provide a
fantastic way to "hook" children before introducing a subject.
Literature is also a great way to establish connections and reinforce
concepts we have been studying. The books listed below are examples of
quality literature that can be used across the curriculum. I will
update the list occasionally depending on what we need. Thank you so,
SO much for any donations or contributions you are able to make. The
children at Echo Hills greatly appreciate your kindness!
