Welcome to FT!!

     My name is Kim DeMarco, and I have been teaching for 24 years, all of which have been spent in the Anthony Wayne district.  I taught second grade at Whitehouse for one year and have been happily teaching fifth graders ever since.  I grew up in Toledo, where I graduated from Whitmer High School and the University of Toledo.
     My husband, John, and I have been married for almost eleven years.  I have two daughters.  Ariel is 21 and is a student at Owens Community College, where she is working towards her Professional Photography Certificate and her Business Degree.  My other daughter, Kaylah, is 19 and is a sophomore at Ohio Northern University.  She is majoring in International Theater Design and Production.
     I enjoy singing and reading and would gladly sit on a beach every day of my life.  I love to travel, especially to Jamaica!  I am very much looking forward to meeting my new students and sharing a great year.
