Call time: 1:55 PM, theatre main lobby
2:10-2:40 PM lobby caroling
Attend 3:00 PM concert

Grandview Public Library

Performance Time: 7:00 PM
Call time 6:30 PM, Library conference room

Wednesday, December 9th
Tri-Village Rotary Club Breakfast- OSU Golf Course
Load Bus: 6:50 AM, Oakland Parking Lot
(Must come dressed in concert uniform, pack a change of clothes)
Return approx. 9:00 AM, change and report to 2nd period.

Monday, December 14th
Capitol Square (Statehouse)

Performance Time: 12:00-1:00 PM
Call Time and changing: 11:20- choir room
Return to school: During 6th period (lunch out)
Concert Dress: bring full outfits to school
Cash needed for lunch

 
Tuesday, December 15th
FCCOSPE Auxiliary luncheon- Scioto Valley Country Club
Performance time:  1:00 PM
Call Time and changing:  Noon- choir room
Return to school:  During 6th period
Concert Dress:  bring full outfits to school
Eat lunch at school before noon changing time
 
 
Tuesday, December 15th
Caroling for Kinder Key
Meet at HS choir room at 7:00 PM
Casual (and outdoor) dress

 
Thursday, December 17th
Home Holiday Concert- GHHS AUDITORIUM
Rehearsal: 3:00 PM
Performance: 8:00 PM
Call time: 7:30 PM

Friday, December 18th
Holiday Choral Concert reprises

Concert for Stevenson Elementary 8:40 AM
Students report to Stevenson at 8:00 AM instead of the
high school, dressed in concert uniforms
Return to HS during 3rd period
Concert for EI/MS Students
GHHS Auditorium- 1:30 PM


Friday, December 18th (Two performance mini-tour)
Load bus at GHHS Oakland lot- 4:15 PM
Seton Square North, 5:00 PM performance
Load bus, stop for dinner, then onto:
Columbus Zoo Wildlights Festival- Caroling from 7:00-8:00 PM
Free-time at zoo from 8:00 to 9:30 PM
Return to GHHS between 10:00 and 10:30 PM
DO NOT WEAR YOUR FORMAL OUTFITS!!
Dress in layers; "caroling" clothes. (Nice jeans or khakis, sweaters, shoes
that do not resemble sneakers, etc.) For the zoo, dress warm enough to be
outside for over three hours!! (HATS, scarves, gloves, and a WARM, WINTERY
coat.  Also suggested would be long underwear, maybe a turtleneck under your
sweater, etc.)  You will need cash for dinner and optional zoo expenses (ice skating,
concessions, etc.)
