Format:

Your report should be in a business letter format.

Follow the example provided.

Contents:

•             Name of each of the systems

•             List of the key parts of the system and a short description of what job each one does.

•             List of other departments that work with the system.

•             Diagram of system with key parts labeled

•             Recommendations for cutbacks or removals from the system with an explanation for each.
