Welcome to my Health website.  Parents, this is designed for you as well as 
for the student.  Right now, add this to your favorites.

I hope your school year is going smooth and better than ever.  Please use this 
webpage daily to keep up on what is going on in our wacky health class.  
Majority of the materials we use in class can be found here.

Also, I put a link in the left margin to a clip on sportsmanship which I 
encourage  you all to watch.  This is an incredible story and example of what 
sports should be; a game.  The behavior the young ladies showed in this video is 
what I strive for everyone to demonstrate not only in athletics, but in life.  
The fact that the young lady who was injured wasn't on their team didn't stop 
them from being quality people and putting humanity before notoriety.  We should 
all learn from this and ALWAYS keep this lesson in our mind, forever.

Now, I hope you are having a wonderful day and ready to give your full effort no 
matter what task is in front of you and remember, "You cannot have a positive 
life with a negative mind."
