Next Sunday, November 15 is the first day of our Scholastic Book Fair. The
students will have 2 opportunities during the week to visit and purchase
books.
Thursday, November 12 is the last day for our Mt. St. Joe art practicum. We
have enjoyed our "teachers" and the activities we have done.
Both 6th grade math classes have starting working on the math graph project.
They should be asking questions, looking at stock prices, researching a
sports team and popultion averages.
Parents of girls: Please check your daughter's hem length of her jumper or
skirt. We have noticed that many of the girls are growing like weeds and
their hems need to be let down. Shorts are not supposed to show below the
hem. Thanks, again.
Please check your child's supplies; many need pens, pencils, paper, new
notebooks and a new planner. Thanks.
We will be wearing our Tiger Pride blue t-shirts on the first Tuesday of each
month. The students will need to wear khaki walking shorts, jeans or their
uniform skirt or shorts (pants), with it though. Check my calendar page for
dates. If your child is not in the blue Tiger Pride t-shirt, s/he must come
in the regular school uniform.
Check your teacher's website for a list of required supplies. Make sure you
label each item with your child's name and homeroom.
