Please check your child's school supplies and replenish any items they are
missing or are low on; especially loose-leaf paper, pencils, and red pens.
Please make sure your child is taking time to read at home. Each student
has an AR requirement to meet, ask him/her what this is. (My Language Arts
class requirement is 3 books with a minimum of 15 total points.)
Expect Math homework Monday through Thursday, even if it is 5 problems.
Make sure your child is studying Vocabulary and Spelling each night. Tests
are so much easier with constant review.
*Please refer to your child's planner for daily homework, long-term
assignments, and test and quiz dates.
*All tests and quizzes in all classes are to be signed this year, regardless
of score or grade.
*Weekly Spelling Assignments - Unit pages due on Wednesday and tests are
given on Friday of regular weeks (Homeroom)
*Religion notes from class should be reviewed daily for greater success on
Friday tests. The test comes directly from the notes.
