Dear Parents,

Happy New Year.  Hope everyone had a restful holiday.

We are celebrating the Epiphany in our homeroom with a play complete with shepherds, angels, King Herod, the Magi and ofcourse the Holy Family. This is a wonderful way to continue to celebrate Christmas which does not actually end until January 10 with the Baptism of the Lord.  The children have done a wonderful job.  Thanks to the parents for helping us out with costumes.  We plan to share the play with the other fourth grade class and with Ms. Ellmaker.

Classes as usual unless we have snow.  It might be a good idea to review with your children the plan you decided on for early dismissal in the event that we have one.
