Our focus this week will continue to be Advent, along with the true meaning of Christmas.
As part of our Advent preparation, the students are pulling names for a daily "Advent buddy." Each afternoon before dismissal, they will draw a name out of the bag. They will then pray for that student that night, and be especially kind to the person the next day. At the end of the day, students will get to guess who their buddy was that day, and explain why. We then pull for the next day.
