Dear Parents/Guardians:

Scholastic Book Fairs presents Destination BOOK FAIR.  We encourage parents/guardians and grandparents to visit the Book Fair during their child’s library time beginning November 16 through November 20!  The Book Fair will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the library.  All visitors must stop at the office to sign in during school hours.

 

Mark your calendar for our SPECIAL FAMILY EVENT on Sunday, November 15, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  This is a great time to think about giving the gift of reading!

 

During the week, each child visits the Book Fair twice with his/her class to preview and purchase books. We have books for all ages including adults.  You may wish to help build your child’s classroom library by donating books through the Classroom Wish List program.  Book titles are handpicked by each teacher.  This is a perfect time to look for those special little Christmas gifts for your child or your child’s teacher.

 

If you are sending a check with your child, please make the check payable to Our Lady of Lourdes School.  Credit cards will be accepted.  All profits from the Book Fair will be used to purchase new books for the library.

 

Books are an investment in your child’s education and future.  Please come and share the love of reading with us!
