How are the students graded?

Participation & behavior count for most of the grade. Ability and
cooperation with classmates are also added in. In the upper
grades, some test are given. After every class, Mr. Lones records
a daily
score for each student based on behavior, participation,
cooperation, and
skill. If the student does not bring gym clothes for class this
also will
be reflected in their grade. All students are made aware of the
grading
procedure the first class of the school year.

What if my child is injured or sick and can not participate in class?

Mr. Lones must receive a note from either the parent, doctor, or
school
nurse. It should be sent in with your child. Students will not be
penalized and it will not affect their grade.
