What kind of calculator is needed for Math Analysis or Hon Algebra 2/Trig?
Math Analysis and Honors Algebra 2 Trig students are REQUIRED to have a graphing calculator. The TI-83 is used in class however, the TI-84 is the same. There is no real difference between the regular model and the "silver" or "plus" models. They may use other brands but they must know how to operate them. Only the TI is taught explicitly. TI-89's are NOT allowable for this course.Back to Top

Concepts students will need any scientific calculator. They DO NOT need a graphing calculator (but may certainly use one if that is available.)Back to Top
