Welcome to the Home of THE Portsmouth Band Program! What can you say... other than... what an amazing season! Thanks for a great Last Blast! Concert, special congratulations go out to our Flute and Guard Sections for winning Most Improved Sections, to Mary Scherer for winning Most Improved Individual, the Trumpets for winning Outstanding Section, Cody Minton for winning Outstanding Individual Marcher, and Santana Shepherd for having been chosen our 2009 Most Inspirational Bandsman. Our fruit sale is now officially over and we are expecting to have everything delivered the first full week of December, check back for dates as they become available. This Thursday is our Annual Christmas Parade. Report Time for Students is 4:45pm in the PHS Band Room. Dress is full uniform with Santa Hats. Make sure you mark your calendars now for our Annual Christmas Band/Choir Concert in the PHS Auditeria at 2pm on Sunday December 13. Anyone interested in picking up a 2008 Marching Band CD please e-mail me. The cost to band members and families is $10. To anyone outside the program, the cost is $15.
