I live in Ravenna with my fiancee, Mr. Lansky, and my son, Christian.
Christian is in sixth grade now! Mr. Lansky owns an excavating
company and likes to get dirty and do a lot of digging.
I graduated from Hiram College in 2001. I finished my Masters in the Art of
Teaching through Marygrove College. I have taken several science classes and
technology classes lately. These are two things that I really enjoy teaching
my second graders.
When I am not working in the classroom there are many things I enjoy doing.
I like to watch Christian's play soccer and go camping. I love to read a
good book! Once I start one, I just can't put it down. I also like to
scrapbook with family and friends. When I have a chance, sometimes I work at
a flower shop as a floral designer. I went to school for this too and really
enjoy all of the sights and smells from the flowers.
My mission for your second graders:
I believe that all children have something to offer this world. It is my
mission to lead students to be life long learners and teachers while
instilling a sense of power and responsibility in them. As a teacher, I
will encourage, motivate, listen, learn, and love children.
