Learning Styles

Let's take a close look at ourselves first.

Click the following link to complete the Study Skills
Checklist: http://www.ucc.vt.edu/stdysk/checklis.html

The purpose of this inventory is to find out about your own study habits
and attitudes. After you have completed the survey, write a brief summary of
your results. Be sure to describe the areas where you seem to need the
most improvement.

Next, it is time to figure out how you learn best.

Everyone has a unique prefered style of learning. Some learn best when they
hear information, while others need a more hands-on approach.

Below are two different surveys intended to identify which learning style
you prefer. Take both surveys and then complete the worksheet, My Learning
Styles and Strategies (the next page on this WebQuest), where you will list
strategies which could be beneficial to you.
