Music Patrons has only one on-going fundraiser, Market Day. By
participating
in this fundraiser you are assured quality, convenient and delicious
foods.
Your support of the monthly Market Day program will assist us in helping
provide all school children supplies for their musical growth.
On line orders can be placed at www.marketday.com, at the Music Patrons link
on the school website at www.saint-albert.org or by submitting the paper
order forms that are sent home each month with your youngest child. Extra
forms are always available in the school office, rectory, or at any of the
entrances to the church. On the back of the form is the date of pick-up and
the date to have your order back to the office. Additional ordering days
are
given to those placing orders on the internet. It is beneficial for you to
place your orders on-line. It is very user friendly and doesn’t need to be
prepaid.
On the Friday pick-up day, small church hall between the
hours of 3:30 pm and 5:30 pm. Upon entering, you will pick up
your order receipt, pay for the order, and proceed to fill your order. We
have student and adult helpers available if you have questions along the
way. Once your order is filled, proceed to the “double check” table. Your
order will be checked and boxed by our helpful volunteers. Music Patron
volunteers will be happy to carry your order to your car too! Any food that
is not picked up during these hours we do not get credit for. It is
extremely important to Music Patrons that if you order, your order is paid
for and picked up during these hours. Please consider having a family
member, friend or neighbor pick up your order if you are not able to do so.
On occasion, arrangements can be made for prepaid orders.
F.Y.I. "Labels for Education" labels from the Campbell's products sold
through Market Day earn points for our students. Save those labels!
IMPORTANT MARKET DAY DATES
Friday Pick Up Dates
(3:30-5:30 ~ small church hall)
If you have an hour or two to help out once a month, we welcome
volunteers.
There are three areas to help out with Market Day. “Reminder Calls” are
made
the Thursday before each sale. We need 2 – 3 adults every month for this.
Otherwise there are these duties on each sale date. “Set-Up” ~ requires at
least 5 or 6 adults each month for just one hour. No need to call and let
us know your coming. Just meet us in the school cafeteria between 2:10 and
2:40. We must have 5 adults and at least 4 students to “Work the Sale” each
month from 3:30pm – 5:30pm. Let us know what sale you are available for.
