December will be gone in a flash!  We went on our field trip at the Museum Center, to explore Egypt.  This was a great experience. We put a mini pyramid together, along with reconstructing some egyptian jars.  We tried reading heiroglyphics.  We saw how mummies were preserved and learned how archeologists use CT scans to get clues about the person that was mummified.  I took some pics on my cell phone.  If anyone reads this and knows how to transfer this to my computer at school I will post them here.  We even posed on a camel!  The Omni Max theater was well tolerated by all.  The movie was captivating.  Be sure to ask your child all about it.  A big Thank You to our parent chaperones.
   We have much to look forward to this month.  Remember to keep up with all assignments.  Second Trimester will be over before you know it.              Mrs. Levine
