Journal – 1st Trimester Expectations
Number each category of entries. (P1, CE1, T1)
Each of these is worth 10 points.
8 Poems (and poets) – different kinds
Copy or attach in your journal.
Then explain what it is about and
what you think about it. (at least 5 sentences)
8 Current Events – various topics
Copy or attach in your journal.
Then explain what it is about and
what you think about it. (at least 5 sentences)
8 Topics you choose to write about
and Teacher assigned topics.
- at least one page long
Things about school, personal, family,
friends, sports, your own stories, etc.
Explain the topic and your thoughts
and feelings about it. If a story, be sure
to have a beginning, middle, and end. .
