The Diocesan Tuition Assistance Fund is a program providing tuition assistance for eligible families. The families receiving such assistance will be notified by mail from the school office. Requests for this assistance are to be made at the time Diocesan forms become available in the spring. No family should expect any parish aid if they have not requested Diocesan aid.
OUTSTANDING TUITION POLICY Any unpaid balances not paid by May 15th will cause your child/ren to be removed from our school roster and their progress report card will be held. A student on our waiting list will be given their spot for the coming school year.
Most Catholic schools in Columbus have a obligatory automatic tuition program to make sure tuition is paid on time and to take the burden of collection from the school and parish staff. We hesitate to follow this plan because it seems to assume that all parents need to be forced to do the right thing. That is not the case here, so we do not want to bother people who fulfill their obligations. If your tuition is not up to date by the end of the first semester, your child will not be able to return to our school for the second semester until we have proof of your automatic withdrawal plan for tuition.
