Rooms 2A and 2B

 

 

 We are beginning with Unit 5, Our Country Long Ago.  We will be exploring the early settlers, the move westward, how we became a country and some of our early leaders.

 

We finished our Native American reports.  They were very good.  Some children had some problems recalling what they had learned during the oral presentation.  They were given 3 grades:  Oral presentation, written report and Poster.

We will be looking at the early colonies in more detail when we return from Thanksgiving break.
