Welcome back to a new school year.  This will be my 23rd year  at St. Teresa.     This year I will be teaching Reading, English and Social Studies to Grade 6.  In Social Studies the students in Grade 6 will be studying the geography and history of North America.  This will include Canada, Central and South America, and North America through the American Revolution.  Students will need a 3 ring binder for Social Studies.  We will not be using a textbook so all materials will be placed in this binder.  I truly love what I teach and hope to pass this love and excitement on to the students.

This year our school goal is "We are the light of the world".  Important things to know are all  homework assignments will be posted on this web page each night.  If an assignment is not due the next day there will be a day and date listed for when it is due. This assignment will remain posted until it is due.   If there is no date then it is due the next day.    Students are still expected to list assignments in their planner.  The web is simply a backup.  It is still the students responsibility to fill in their planner each day.  Assignments are written on the board in the front of the room.  If there is no assignment they should have none written in their planner.  Planners must be signed each night.
