Please mark your calendars at home with the above schedule. If you are unable
to make a specific day, please send in a note prior to that date or e-mail me
at jladner@neo.rr.com or st_ladner@smfcsd.org to let me know of your absence.
I plan for volunteers and need to know if you are unable to come in. Thanks!
Times for volunteering may change during the school year due to assemblies and
calendar changes made by Mrs. Milford and the office staff. I will let you
know if this occurs. Also, we will not have “make up” volunteer time if we do
not have school because of a holiday or bad weather (snow day).
When you come to our classroom you will be doing a variety of things. Most of
the time I will have you work with the children. There will be occasions
however, when I will need you to do “housekeeping” tasks (paper work, filing,
dusting, cleaning, etc.) as well.
We are very excited to have you be a part of our classroom family each month!
Because we had many volunteers, those who wanted to help were given two days
a month to come in and support our learning. I may at times ask for
additional days from you if we are doing a big project. Thanks for your
understanding!
