Students have just been introduced to the Invention Convention. &nbsp;They were given the requirements and plenty of samples of good and not so good boards. &nbsp;Many questions were asked and answered during the information time, so we believe that they should be fully aware of the expectations. &nbsp;We encouraged students to select the invention of a thing, place, event, etc. that they find interesting. &nbsp;Our hope is that they will find this to be an exciting time of learning.We are awaiting the arrival of our &nbsp;Class Cookbooks. &nbsp;They worked very hard on them and I am anticipating the final product will be something they will be proud of. &nbsp;Once the books arrive, you will receive further information regarding our meeting date when the kids will have a chance to invite their loved one to class to enjoy some treats from our book and spend some quality time together. &nbsp;This is the first year for this and I am really looking forward to it.
