3rd Quarter Book Reports
Each quarter 2nd graders will be assigned a book report. For each book report a guideline will be sent home with specific requirements. For the 3rd quarter, the children will be reading a non-fictional book about an animal of their choice, at their reading level. The children will share the book, on a designated day, with the class sharing interesting information about their animal. Then the children will share a poster with the class. The poster should look like this web Animal-Book-Report-web.notebook. Include a title, picture of the animal, and at least 7 important facts about the animal written in complete sentences. The book should be brought into school on the assigned day. 3rd quarter book reports are due on Monday, March 25, 2013.
