Meet vs Arbor Hills & Springfield @ Springfield


Girls will race at: 4:00

Boys will race after ~ 4:25


The Bus will leave McCord: 3:30

Runners will need to change into uniforms right after school and board the bus by 3:15pm.  Runners, remember to drink at least 2 bottles of water during the day. 
Bring a light healthy snack.
