My personal philosophy in education is that everyone has brilliance in them
and just has to find the right outlet to allow them to shine. All students
are capable of mastering a subject. It is the student's responsibility to
learn the material by any means possible. I believe that the teacher is
their to guide, facilitate, and help the learner succeed. She is not the
only source for information.
To help the student succeed, I am available everyday during 3rd, 4th, and 7th
periods. Students need to get a hall pass from me prior to showing up in my
classroom for help. I am also available before and after school with an
appointment. I check my e-mails in the morning on weekends and students can
also receive help via e-mail.
