If you are interested in visiting a college campus, pick up an Application for College Visit form from the Attendance Office or from the Main Office.

The form has 2 parts. The top part the student and parents fill out.  This portion also must have signatures from all teachers prior to the visit. Once the form is filled out and signed by all teachers, take the yellow copy to the Attendance Office.

The white copy should be taken to the college to have them fill out and sign.

The absence is excused if the white copy is returned to the Attendance Office within 5 days of your visit. If this is not turned in, your absence will be unexcused.

A student is allowed 3 campus visits per year.
