Welcome to Mrs. McCoy's 7th Grade Math Class!


Classroom Rules:
1. Be polite and respect each other- no put downs
2. Bring paper, pencil, book, and homework daily
3. Be in your seat when bell rings and begin "do now" within 1 min.
4. Raise hand and get permission before talking
5. Follow directions the first time

Discipline Plan:
1. Each student will be given 9 extra credit points at the beginning of each quarter
2. 1 point will be deducted for each classroom rule broken
3. If more than 9 points are lost during a quarter, a conference may be held with your parents
4. Demerits may be given  at any time for unacceptable behavior such a inappropriate language, throwing things, or not following school policies written in the student handbook (such as being tardy or chewing gum)
5. At the end of the quarter, each student will have any remaining extra credit points added to his/her grade
6. Severe disruption is immediate removal from class and a loss of 3 points
