Can we use a book from home for book baggy?

Yes. The books at school are leveled, but if your child is
already reading a chapter book from home or from the library,
it's OK. Librarians can help you find primers or other books at
your child's level.

Can we work ahead in Simple Solutions?

This is a homework book. The students regular assignments are
given during the school day. I will assess the class work and
change levels accordingly from the class work, not the homework.
One page each day as a review is great, but your child may work
ahead by one or two pages. Spend time reviewing mistakes from
classwork if you have more time in the evening.
