Adobe reader to open them. If you do not have adobe
reader, please go to: http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ to download
the app. You will need to fill out all the information
and get it notarized before turning it in. You get it notarized at the Bureau
of Motor Vehicles in the Elm Road Plaza by Tammie Kay.
Also included is the Band Contract. Please print, sign, and turn in to Mr.
Rollo when you come in this summer.
