MILLER’S MUSTANGS
NOV. 29, 2009
I hope everyone had a fun, safe, and relaxing holiday. We just bought a new computer and I am trying
to get use to it. So if the newsletter looks different that is why.
I would again like to thank Demetria and her mom for letting us borrow our classroom pet Hermie. We
really appreciate it. We will have another pet in January if weather permits.
On Friday Dec. 11 I will watch our third graders at the play “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.” It will
last one hour and it starts at 7:00. I will meet the students and families (if you want to stay) at 6:15 in
front of the theater. The doors open at 6:30. I plan to come earlier to purchase my ticket. I will be in
front of the theater for pick up at 8:00 with your child. An adult ticket price is $5.00 and a child is
$3.00. The theater is located in Marietta on the corner of Putnam and Third Street.
As of Nov. 25th. These students have 15 points for teacher’s lunch, DIAMOND KYRA MARCUS JACOB K.
MADISON D.D. TRINITY and BRADEN.
Please continue reading throughout the holiday and practice addition and subtraction facts. We will be
taking a STAR test this week on the computers to determine your child’s new reading level. I will record
the level on the inside of their planner.
