Fourth Grade Information Verification Form

 

Please fill out this section and return it to school by September 3rd.

expected to record these assignments in his/her red assignment notebook each

day and that I am expected to sign the planner each day.

papers are sent home in the red Windsor Take Home Folder every Wednesday.

 

_____ I understand that I will receive a progress report every other Wednesday, starting

on September 16.

in and get an identification badge before coming to the classroom.
