What time does school start/end?

8:00am. 1st Bell is at 7:54am.
School is out at 2:30pm. Students should be out of the
building by 2:45 unless they are involved in an activity or with
a Teacher.

How do I request a transfer to Bartlesville Public Schools

First, seek approval from your home district. Then contact Bartlesville's 
Education Service Center at 918-336-8600.

If I want to visit Maidson, where should I go upon entering the building?

All visitors are required to visit the main office.
For the safety and security of our students, all visitors
are required to sign in and obtain a Visitors Badge.

What do I do if my child will be absent from school?

As soon as possible on the day of the absence, please call the attendance 
secretary, Ms. Volmer at 335-2633.

What is the Attendance Policy for Madison Middle School?

Students are allowed 10 excused absences per semester. A tardy for any class 
of 10 minutes or more is counted as an absence.

What do I do if my child needs to take medication during school hours?

Obtain a form from the office or download one from the Forms Link on our 
Home Page. Fill out the required information and work out a schedule with 
the office personnel. They will also communicate with the school nurse.

What if my child gets ill or injured at school?

Office personnel will alert parents of any injury or illness.

Where is my child's lost clothing?

Clothing lost and found is located outside the cafeteria in the breezeway.

How can I volunteer in my child's school?

Contact our Parent Support Group volunteers    for 6th grade - 333-9,  for 
7th grade - 333-3,  for 8th grade - 333-8.
