Students are working on a variety of Critical thinking and Creative Problem Solving exercises at this time.
As this is a small group the sharing of resources and ideas is more free flowing. However, at times students must work independently without passing or requesting judgments on ideas and solutions.
The current project deals with ideas for uses of foods normally thrown out by restaurants. This is from a resource offering practice problems for Creative Problem Solving Competitions.
Students will create a campaign to persuade local authorities of the benefits for all of the solution developed by the team.
Problem two will deal with Locke's contract with society and the question of mandatory immunization of children
Problem three will deal with the destruction of coral reefs by acids and explosives and the impact on the environment and the fishing industries/food supplies in Pacific Ocean communities.
Resources will be linked to this website as needed.
