Class Rules
In this classroom, I expect students to do the following:
1. Be engaged in class work when the bell rings
2. Be verbally and physically courteous to others
3. Bring appropriate materials to class
4. Participate in each required activity
5. Not eat in class/Place drinks on tables on South side of room
6. Not drink at computer workstations
7. Only move a chair when you/anyone are/is NOT sitting in it.
8. Talking during tests is cheating
Assertive Discipline Plan
Students who do what is expected of them will receive
1. Positive verbal comments
2. Positive written comments
3. Positive contacts with parents
4. Assignment rewards for outstanding group behavior
Students who choose not to do what is expected of them will
1. Be verbally warned (throw away food)
2. Be asked to attend a phone conference with parent
3. Be asked to attend detention or a parental conference
4. Extreme behavior and violation of major school board policies
will result in immediate removal from class and notification of parents.
Students must follow District Dress Code and Electronic Devices rules while in
school.
