We are off to a great start! Your children are precious, and I know we're

Snacks
Please check your snack calendars to see when your child needs to bring snack
for the class. The snack helper will also be our line leader for the day.
We have 23 students in our class. Please add an extra snack for
possible new students.
Show and Tell
If your child is the snack helper & leader of the day he/she may bring an
educational show and tell.
Star of the Week
We will begin the Star of the Week in September. The calendar is on the
website under "Newsletters/Documents". Each child will have the opportunity
to be Star of the Week. The Star of the Week will need to bring a poster
filled with pictures about him/herself. The posterboard can be any size,
shape, or color. Captions can be written or typed. Most children include
family pictures, pets, pictures of sports or other interests, baby
pictures, pictures of their home, etc. This is a way for the children to
build self-esteem and to get to know one another. Students can bring their
posters the Friday before the designated week or the Monday of his/her week.
