Track Information
April 3rd Yukon Meet We will not be stopping for dinner. Bring extra food or money for concession. We do not have an estimated time of arrival. Brind layers for clothing.

Snacks Water/PowerAide... Blanket Jacket or sweatshirt (Warmer clothes depending on the weather)
Rules 1. Stay in our camp only. 2. Listen for your race or event. 3. Cheer for each other during events. 4. Never go anywhere alone. 5. Do not leave with your parent until your parent talks to a coach first. NO EXCEPTIONS! 6. If you are unable to run your event let a coach know as soon as possible so substitutions may be made. 7. If you are injured let a coach know immediately so that we can treat the injury and possibly get you into your event or make substitutions. 8. Drink FLUIDS, if you don't you will feel lousy and may not be able to participate. 9. Eat snacks. Fruit is an excellent choice. |
