This takes you to a website called Think Central.  
Click on the Mathematics box.  
Go to the third column and fourth row to click on Holt McDougal
Mathematics 2010.  (This position seems to change occasionally, so if you 
don't find it at this spot, just look for the name of the book)

On the right side, select "Go to the online textbook"

Divisibility Rules

A whole number is divisible by:

2 if the number is even
3 if the sum of the digits is divisible by 3
5 if the number ends in 5 & 0
6 if the number is divisible by 2 & 3
9 if the sum of the digits is divisible by 9
10 if the number ends in 0

Rational Numbers:
* terminating decimals  (1/4 = .25)
* repeating decimals (.262626...)
* perfect square roots (the square root of 36 = 6)

Irrational Numbers:
* non perfect square roots (the square root of 10)
* non terminating, non repeating decimals (Pi = 3.14159265....)
