Please send items for dogs or cats to be given to a local rescue center. We
have only collected 11 bags. We sent Santa letters to help the Wish Foundation
this week. We are also putting together recipe books for mom.
No new spelling words were given last week. I've decided not to give any new
words until after Christmas. We will take another quiz before Christmas over
the days of the week and the months. The holidays that fall within the months
will be a bonus item. See the homework page to learn about the final in
composition and literature classes.

Students have the option of reading another AR book during the month of Dec.
or waiting until Jan. It seems like a good opportunity with so many days out
of school to do that, but many students complain that they will not have time
with family and travel plans, so I made it optional.
