book. Click on this link and when you arrive there you will need to choose
your state, student status, and subject (social studies). When you get the
next screen, choose World Geography and then choose The World and Its People
*2005. To log in you will need the user name and password above. The
easiest way is to cut and paste it into the boxes. Once there you will
choose Table of Contents on the left and then where you want to go from
there. You can even print or save the pages to your computer.
EXTRA CREDIT for October
The students may earn extra credit points for the month of October by making
a totem pole. Instructions and suggestions will be given to them. The
LINKS button on this site has three webpages that give suggestions, ideas,
and facts needed. The extra credit will be due by the end of the month. It
is optional and not required.
