How are your grades weighted?

Daily work counts for 60% of the final grade; test grades count for 40%.

Yes, unless it's a short school week (three days or less).

Yes!  (Practice makes perfect.)

May we write in ink?

Daily work is done in pencil.  Final drafts are to be either typed or 
handwritten in BLACK INK ONLY.

Writing should be double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 point.
