AR: To help encourage reading, the 4th grade has a group goal! After
passing the AR test, students write the name of their book on a strip of
colored paper and make a chain. If the paper reaches to the library and back
to our rooms by the end of the 9 wks., they earn a pizza party! I am so
proud of the effort this class is putting into reading!

Social Studies: We are studying chapter 4 "The Northeast" and looking at
places, people, and events that shaped this area of the US.
