I am a native of Oklahoma City. I have my Bachelor's Degree and
Master's Degree from Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!). I worked as a
SoonerStart Resource Coordinator for seven years before I became a teacher
of students with special needs. This is my ninth year to teach, and my
eighth year at Deer Creek. I taught in the Resource Lab at middle school
four years, and I have taught Resource Lab at Rose Union since it opened in
2006.
I am married and have three daughters who all attend Deer Creek Schools—
Elizabeth and Abby are in high school, and Kate is in middle school. In my
spare time (what's that?) I enjoy running, reading, spending time with my
family, and church activities.

others.
