Homework

Throughout an average school week, your student will bring home our daily work. Please take some time to review this work with your child. Each Monday, your student will be given their spelling list for the week. Have your student practice these along with their Dolch sight words.  Occasionally, I will send home additional homework. These assignments are meant to enrich and reinforce our topics. The most important homework for first grade students is to read 15-20 minutes every day!!! Please make reading a priority in your home!!!!
