Thanks, parents, for sending refreshments for our Christmas party and for attending. We had a
good time eating, going through our Christmas sacks, and talking to our classmates' parents!!
I am looking forward to spending the New Year with your child. We will be reading and reading
and reading snow books and Jan Brett books in our classroom this week and taking AR tests. We
are reading and enjoying more difficult books such as I Can Read books. Taking AR tests about
these books will help us when we take the STAR Reading test (assessing reading comprehension)on
the computer this month.
