Hello,
I am really excited to begin a new year. I am looking forward to getting to
know your families. Thank you for letting me share your precious blessings.
I would like to let you know a little about me.
I graduated from Allison High School in Allison, Texas. I graduated from
College in Edmond at UCO.
I have been teaching for 21 years. I have taught a variety of different
ages and subjects during these years. I started my career with a job in the
Bilingual area for 1 year in Temple, Ok. I taught First Grade for 4 years in
Burkburnett, Texas. Then I returned to Temple School and taught Kindergarten
for 2 years. The Gifted, the Title 1, computer lab, and P.E. for students
ages 1st-8th for the next few years. Then I finally chose to teach the 4th
Grade students. I continued teaching in Temple until my family move to
Mustang. I have been teaching 1st Grade here at Lakehoma for the past 3 years.
This is an amazing community. I love being part of the Lakehoma family!
I have been married for 26 years. I have 3 children ages; 18 years(son) He
graduated from Mustang High School in 2009, 15
years(daughter) She is going to the Mid High this year, and 14 years
(daughter) She is attending Mustang North Middle School in the 8th grade.
My family moved to Mustang in July of 2006. I have enjoyed my past 3 years
at Lakehoma enormously!!! I love teaching 1st grade. I am looking forward to
another rewarding year.
I want my students to reach their highest potential. I would like for each
student to succeed with their individual goals.
