Mrs. Garrison grew up in Tulsa and graduated Tulsa Central High School. From
there she went on to graduate from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, in
Bartlesville, OK. Mrs. Garrison had been a band director for Duncan Public
Schools and Elgin Public Schools before coming to Limestone Elementary. She
is a member of OMEA and MENC. Mrs. Garrison is married and has a little boy
named Hunter, who will be attending at Limestone this year in Pre-K.
Our Mission as a class is to be able to read, sing, and perform Music at an
Excellent level. We will also study the history of music from where it began
to the present studies.
I am personally eager to bring any student into the most memorable,
kinesthetic and aesthetic music program using a unique combination of
education, experience in teaching, and a love for teaching children of any
age. My personal mission as the music teacher of your students is:

* To teach children how to read musical notation and how to use this skill

musical abilities and enrich their life
