I am the youngest of 4 boys, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am the
only "Okie" in a family full of New Yorkers. I grew up mostly in Oklahoma
City and Tulsa, with a brief stint in Virginia and Michigan when I was
young. I attended Putnam City Schools during elementary and spent middle and
high school years in Tulsa at Union Public Schools. After which, I graduated
from the University of Oklahoma in 2003. BOOMER SOONER!
I am married to my beautiful wife of seven years, Lindsey. She is a
registered nurse at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital. We have one son named Ryan
Douglas, who is the light of our lives. We also have two other "children" in
our two dachshunds, Sadie and Stoops. I love spending time with my family,
just lounging around watching OU football, or going crazy with the weenies at
the dog park. I have an extremely active personality, so I have a hard time
just sitting and relaxing. I love playing all sports, especially soccer and
golf.
I am beginning my eighth year teaching in Mustang, all of which have
been here at Creek. I spent my first two years teaching fourth grade, and I
am now entering my fifth year teaching fifth grade. Along with teaching, I
also am the school's webmaster. I love my job and could not be happier than
to be here at Creek.
